Once a digital product or course is purchased and access is granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. This is because digital content cannot be returned once delivered or accessed.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
• If a duplicate payment has been made by the customer
• If a technical error from our side prevents access to the purchased product and the issue cannot be resolved
